Everest SAE-50 Full Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF) is an API MT-1 fluid specifically developed for heavy-duty manual and automated manual transmissions used in trucks, buses, industrial and off-highway heavy equipment that require a non-EP oil for operating in severe conditions or extreme temperatures for extended service intervals. Its full synthetic, high viscosity-index and low temperature fluidity provide exceptional performance and service over a wide range of temperature zones including faster lubrication and easier start-up in sub-zero conditions. It contains special anti-wear additives and inhibitors for rust, oxidation and corrosion that protect bearings and synchronizers, reduce component wear and promote longer transmission and lubricant life. Everest SAE-50 Full Synthetic MTF meets or exceeds most American, Asian, and European manufacturers’ standards including API GL-1 through GL-4, MT-1, Eaton Extended Drain PS 164 rev. 7, Meritor Extended Drain (TP 900014), Meritor 0-81, Mack TO-A Plus, Navistar TMS 6816, Volvo 97305, ZF FreedomLine (ZF-AS Tronic), and many other OEM’s specifications where a full synthetic SAE-50 transmission oil is recommended.
